30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include all original tags, where applicable

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or your order information

Please do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Certain personal-care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or variation, the quickest option is generally to return the original item, subject to our return requirements, and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them, including being unworn or unused and, where applicable, returned with original tags and packaging.

This statutory right does not affect any additional return rights offered by GrowLab under this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
